“Have you been using the word of God as God has prescribed”
In today’s lesson Bro. Webster takes his lesson from Matthew 6:31-34 as he continues his talks on anxiety and expounds on the point that we don’t take the medicine that God has prescribed.
Anxiety is more than an emotional issue - it is also a lordship issue. Worry steals today’s peace for tomorrow’s uncertainty.
So in today’s lesson ask yourself: who are you serving?

“How does salt and light look Monday through Saturday”
In today’s lesson Bro. Jackson continues his Sermon on The Mount series in Matthew 5:13-16.
Chris motivates us all to reflect on what it means to be a Christian. What it means to be the salt of the earth. What it means when salt doesn’t lose its flavor. What it looks like to be the light of the world and a light that is set on a hill that cannot be hidden.
So if you aren’t striving to be different…what is your purpose?

“If your love for God has gone away, maybe it’s because your identity was in the wrong place”
In today’s lesson Bro. Webster walks us through five verses in the book of Luke 10:38-42.
We learn from an excerpt of Martha and Mary on how being in the presence of the Lord reorders our attention.
Jesus does not steady us by removing every uncertainty. He steadies us by drawing our attention from the many things we cannot control to the one thing we cannot lose: His faithful presence.

“Lack does not mean the Lord has left…”
This mornings sermon from Bro. Chris Jackson comes from the book of Isaiah 41:17-20.
In today’s lesson we learn that despite our current state, the world’s current state, the country’s current state, the Lord will not forsake us!
God can open rivers in desolate heights, fountains in the midst of the valleys, make the wilderness a pool of water, and the dry land springs of water.
So when you are in a desolate place, not only will he make a way, but he will make a way out of no way!

“Why am I suffering because of my faithfulness and not my foolishness…”
Bro. Jackson continues his series of The Sermon on the Mount in Matthew 5:10-12.
In today’s lesson we learn how to rejoice in spite of persecution and find encouragement in the fact that earthly people “can run your name through the mud, but they can’t run you out of the kingdom of God.”
During your darkest times don’t forget to look up at the one who “is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think,” and to look back at the ones who came before that were persecuted but made if through!

“Pure in heart doesn’t mean I don’t sin, it means I’m real….”
Bro. Chris Jackson takes us back to The Sermon on the Mount in Matthew 5:8-9.
Today’s lesson begs the question…is the Lord really the Lord of your life?
Are you pure in heart, or do you have someone else in the co-pilots seat? Or are you wearing a mask that provides no peace?

“I serve a God that specializes in the fourth quarter. It’s never too late to turn it around, but you should never wait till the fourth quarter.”
Bro. Jackson brings us a message today for fathers on this Father’s Day, and it begins in the book of 2nd Chronicles 33:1-13.
In today’s lesson we learn about the young King Manasseh, whose reign was filled with atrocities in the first three quarters and evil was done in the sight of the Lord.
But even after all the evil Manasseh had done, he implored the Lord and humbled himself greatly before Him and the Lord brought him back…
