MILLION DOLLAR CITIES - Many first-time homebuyers are struggling to break into the housing market. Affordability remains a big challenge, however that hasn’t stopped home values from climbing. The United States now has a record-high number of cities where the typical home is worth over $1 million. Data from Zillow shows the number of “million dollar" cities increased significantly during the last year, from 491 to 550.
