As we continue in our series talking through Biblical stories of God showing up in our imperfection, we come to the grand story of Jacob. While Jacob led a life of deception, thus taking what he thought was good in his own eyes rather than believing in the blessing that God promised, God continued to pour out his grace upon him. Finally, Jacob receives the blessing he was looking for all along, but only after he submitted to God.
