The Jacksonville Jaguars secured the AFC South title with a 20-16 win over the Tennessee Titans on Saturday night. Jacksonville is just a year removed from back-to-back seasons with the No. 1 overall pick and not even a full season with Urban Meyer as head coach. 

In this episode, Brandon Scott talks about how quickly things can turn if the right personnel moves are made. He also dives into a report from the NFL Network saying Texans head coach Lovie Smith has been meeting with CEO Cal McNair to state his case for a second season. 

B.Scott explains why Lovie Smith should be fired, but also his own reluctance to pound the table for it. The Texans have accountability and trust issues extending beyond Smith's failures as head coach this year.
