Sometimes we have this urge to visit some places. As for me, I decided to visit one of the villages in Uyo. Actually went to see my sister and she surprised me with a lot of goodies from her farm

Today I visited one of my sisters off Uyo town, and honestly my heart is full ❤️

“Today, I feel so emotional—not because of sadness, but because of gratitude.

I braided her Ghana weaving (one-side shuku). Since it’s her virgin hair, I trimmed it small small so it stays neat and lasts longer. Added colorful beads, fancy bands, and clips ✨

The result? She couldn’t stop smiling, dancing, and shaking her hair 🥰

I want to start by laughing again 🤣 because whenever people think they have seen it all, boom — life rewrites the story in a funny way.

Last month, I and my elder sister @unmutedsoul were mocked simply because we joined Blurt. Their reason?

They laughed. They talked. They felt they knew it all.

Fast forward to this morning — a massive downvote hit them on Hive, and now many of them are powering down. Life really has a sense of humor.

As for me, I had no option but to smile, sigh, and dance 💃. This journey has taught me one thing: never allow people’s mockery to shake your decisions. Sometimes, silence, patience, and consistency speak louder than arguments.

I chose Blurt, and I’m still standing — happy and grateful.
