Before now, i never knew Hive block chain existed. I feel comfortable posting on my other social media handles until my friend invited me to their Meetup. It actually took place at Dr's mess in my city at Udo Udoma Uyo Nigeria. Glad i came early before the meeting commences. We were gifted egg rolls and organic juice, (zobo). I enjoyed this drink with the egg roll snack 😋with chilled water . After that, i came to understand that Hive block chain has been in existence for the past 5 years and they just celebrated their 5 years anniversary. When i was thinking it's a new platform. Well it's new to me anyways. From our Mama ijelady who gifted us those things that i mentioned earlier, she told us that hive can help us build a strong future if we didn't quit. She pointed out things that can help us remain active on hive. Which is making at least one post every day. She talked about spending and earning at the same time which is the project of distriator and spendhbd community. That if we leverage on this project of Hive, we will make Fortune's for ourselves.
She later open the floor for the second speaker who thought us on how to join contest. Both of them shared experience's on how to do that. First, we can Join wealive community every Mondays to write about our goals. Secondly, participate on their alive staking on Tuesday. We can also check contest either from hive Ghana or hive Naija ir other communities to participate on between Wednesdays and Thursdays. Then on Fridays we can share our daily activities in we alive community. Saturday we write about the post we have engaged in and what we learned from it still in we alive community. Honestly i learn a lot from this meetup.
Lastly, i came to learn that one can earn other different tokens on Hive block chain from the last speaker. Wow 😲!! This part got me thinking. When i checked i noticed that such a thing doesn't exist on other social media platforms. I now come to believe that hive is unique and different. I really love the part that it's decentralized.
