Matt Eveland has been in emergency medicine since he enlisted in 2015 as a Healthcare Specialist in the Army National Guard where he earned his EMT-Basic certification. In 2017 Matt began serving in central Wisconsin as an EMT providing 911 emergency coverage and interfacility transport. He became a paramedic in 2020 after a rigorous course at Mid-State Technical college and has been serving in 911 emergency response, interfacility transport, and most recently as a disaster relief / contract paramedic since completion of the paramedic program.
JM Holland is a long time BJJ Competitor, Gym Owner, and Innovator from outside of Philly. He is accomplished in competition in EBI, Combat Jiu Jitsu, and ADCC.
He joins me to discuss life, jiu jitsu, and his journey through the lens of a martial arts.
