Jake's Takes

In this episode Jake is joined by his guy Asher Smith to preview the College Basketball season. They start the podcast by asking about UConn and where we should expect them to be this year (2:46). Then they switch over to the Big Tean and talk about Purdue (8:08), Michigan State (14:07), and Michigan (18:36). Then they switch over to talking about some teams that they both think are being overlooked (23:10). After that they talk about who some of the juggernauts are going to be this season (30:51). Then they talk about Florida Atlantic and San Diego State and what they expect from them this year (37:27). Finally, they talk about what they are most excited for in this college basketball season (44:20).

In this episode Jake talks about the Michigan vs Michigan State game and the Michigan Sign Stealing NCAA Investigation (3:45). Then Jake switches over to talking about the big Big Ten game with Ohio State taking on Penn State (11:36).

In this episode of Jake's Takes Jake talks about the top QBs in the NFL. After 5 weeks we have a much better idea of each Quarterback and their skillset and Jake goes through each of the main matchups and where he ranks each quarterback now.

In this episode Jake is joined by his guy's Drew Comer and Marty Hannon. In the episode they start out by talking about the Trevor Bauer news and what that news means for baseball (2:23). Then they switch over to talking about Miguel Cabrera playing his last game as a Tiger and what it means to all of them as Tiger fans (5:02). Then they get into the Playoff matchups starting with Rays vs Rangers (9:55), Twins vs Blue Jays (15:39), Phillies vs Marlins (20:15), and Diamondbacks vs Brewers (26:17). After that Jake asks Marty about some of the contenders (29:35) and then asks Drew who some of the dark horses are (33:41). Which leads into the conclusion of Jake asking Conor who he thinks will make it to the College Football Playoff (51:09).
