In this episode, I reflect on the lessons of my spiritual awakening on a trip to Jamaica back in 2020.

2) it doesn't have to be permanent to be magical 
3)we create our own emotional suffering
4)self-love is the most heroic act 
5)until you don't fully love yourself you will not be able to accept love from others.
