In this episode, I reflect on the lessons of my spiritual awakening on a trip to Jamaica back in 2020.
Some of my lessons include:
1) there's immense power in endings
2) it doesn't have to be permanent to be magical
3)we create our own emotional suffering
4)self-love is the most heroic act
5)until you don't fully love yourself you will not be able to accept love from others.

In this episode, I speak about how death comes knocking on our door to remind us that the only thing that we have guaranteed in this life is death. Death comes in to remind us to love those around us and to fulfill our dreams.
Most importantly, death shows us that in order for us to unlock a whole new level, a whole new version of ourselves, a part of us must die. Spiritual death is the process of letting go, quieting the ego, surrendering, and accepting.
Its all about the journey, not the destination.. who do you need to become for your next level?

In this episode, I speak about the dangers of walking around with a broken luggage, the luggage signifying the emotional and spiritual baggage we carry (trauma, wounds, unhealthy friendships, mindsets, beliefs). The belief that we wont arrive to our desired destination. I also share my experience with a healer in Bali.

Keep swimming- you are meant to go through challenges, relationships are meant to end, goals aren't easy to achieve. Do not give up on yourself.
In this episode, I share my recent dreams and how they have been helping me in my healing journey. My dreams have shown me what I need to work on, what I have worked on, and what's coming towards me. I also speak about relationships ending and how you can't expect people to act or think the way that you do.
Challenge: say no to someone, say no you that you don't want to hang out, say that you are not available, say that you cannot help them, say that you don't have money, and notice their reaction.
