Carrying on with our series through James, Nate Huizinga exhorts us to speak well of others, especially other Christians. We are challenged to look for the good and call attention to it, rather than focusing only on the negative that we see.
Discussion Questions:
- (Icebreaker) What’s a word that means more than one thing, or can be used in more than one way? (like James and Paul use “judgement” in different ways and in different situations)
- Say something positive about someone at your table. (try to make sure everyone at your table has at least one person mention something positive about them.
- Do you have anything you can seek forgiveness for and repent from, before someone has to remind you?
