James is a husband, father, chef, cookbook author, culinary advisor at Samford University and so much more. We talk about his first restaurant job, how he met his wife that he now works with, his time in NY working with some of the greats, his work with IBM building its culinary AI, Chef Watson and his move back home to Pensacola, FL with his family.
