For someone of his age, he definitely has a lot of wisdom and soul. Its only recently he has become curious about spirituality. Feeling into the benefits of a regular yoga and meditation practice has helped him overcome some obstacles and provided him with the compassion & love within.
I have been watching and listening to Jame’s journey with a lot of admiration and feel incredibly inspired by his work. His commitment to talking openly about his struggles and sharing so willingly, is helping other men and people to reach out and talk about anxiety and depression. His goal is to encourage other men to reach out and feel comfortable to seeking the help they need. This is something that still needs a lot of encouragement and support amongst men - getting vulnerable.
James has taken time out to enjoy the sweetness of life and commit to his self development journey. So much respect! I understand its not easy for many people to have time off work and focus on passion projects like I did over a year ago.
