James collectively has over 32 years of experience as a Wellness Professional with 26 of those years being professional experience working in the mental health field with 24 of those years as a fully licensed psychotherapist using a Gestalt/Holistic approach specializing in both mental health cognitive behavioral psychotherapies, psychodynamic, Solution Focused and more. Also Experienced with treating addiction/substance use disorders. 

Other areas of focus included incorporating Physical Fitness Personal training services to help individuals achieve a balance of physical and mental health.
