Today’s Guest: James “Jim” Perkins, The 3 Eyed Tiger, isa 29-year-old fitness coach and entrepreneur from Massachusetts. At a young age, Jim developed an intense obsession with healing, health, and human performance. He has studied everything from yoga and meditation to sports performance training/strength and conditioning; Jim has devoted his life to understanding these techniques to improve himself and the ones around him.

In 2013, Jim began to study soil and the correlations between nature, health, and fitness. Today, he finds ways to connect his studies about the earth with the various practices aroundhuman health and wellness. Through a new and ever-evolving concept, Jim believes his solutions can help restore natural health in our society.
