First of all, we would like to thank Ro’Shawn Simon for being one of the nurses who served on the frontline during the pandemic. She is dedicated and submits her life and work to her faith. Ro’Shawn loves the Lord with everything within her. The life she lives and her love walk is a testament to that fact. She states”If it had not been for the Lord on my side I truly do not know where I would be. He has given me a light to shine in the healthcare industry. He has chosen me for such a time as this and I accept the call gracefully.”
Ro’Shawn worked in the healthcare industry for 12 years and been a registered nurse for 8 years. She has traveled for 4 of those 8 years as a traveling nurse. Ro’Shawn has worked in hospital settings, nursing homes, home health and clinics. She is a patient advocate at heart. Ro’Shawn speaks up for them when they are not able to do so for themselves.
