Winning With Words - Ep 4 of 5 - Never Say Never
Welcome to Part 4 of my 5-part miniseries titled, "Winning With Words." This episode is titled "Never Say Never" and our conversation focuses on the topic of universal quantifiers. This is a term we reference in NLP training to reference words that are all encompassing of all possibilities or none. The reality is that these words are frequently used, but rarely true. When people use terms like "always" or "never," more often than not, the statement is an exaggeration and not fully true. Today, we are going to chat about the impact of universal quantifiers to your words along with when and when not to use these to get specific results.
If you missed Part 1, 2, or 3 of this mini-series, make sure to listen back to episodes #179, #181, and #183 to get the full value of this content.

Kris Ward on Owning Your Time and Owning Your Day
In this episode, I'm joined by Kris Ward to discuss owning your time and your day. Kris Ward is the founder of Win The Hour, Win the Day, both a platform and Amazon best-selling book, that helps entrepreneurs to systematically grow their business and, oh, by the way, enjoy a personal life too.
After the loss of her husband, Kris returned full-time to the marketing & branding agency she had founded years earlier, only to find her business was thriving. She began teaching clients the exact systems & process that had freed her up and helped her during that difficult time and changed their lives in the process. Through sound time management principles - that anyone can easily understand and apply - Kris’ clients now had more time, freedom and recaptured the joy & fun they once had when they first started their businesses.
Kris and her book have been featured on the award winning Read to Lead podcast, more than a dozen (and counting) top iTunes podcasts, radio shows throughout US and TV shows including The Riley Reports.
