James Penca sits down with “Titanic: Legacy” host Paul Carganilla to talk about his new show (“Witness Titanic”), his role at R.M.S. Titanic, Inc., and the recent trip to the Titanic debris field: Expedition 2024.

He was also recently onboard the Expedition 2024 as a researcher.
