Born in Glasgow but raised in Spain. Moved back to university in Glasgow at the age of 18 and soon found myself working in bars. I caught the "bar bug" and went full-time even before graduating. Learnt the skills at Tiki Bar under some phenomenal bartenders and continue to hone my craft as Head Bartender/ Manager at The Finnieston.
Nominated for the Top 3 Mixologists of the Year by SLTN and The Finnieston is in the Top 3 for best cocktail bar. Awards ceremony on the same weekend as Good Food Show!
