A well thought out company in New Hampshire who is not afraid to take risks (like using a castoreum) but also is extremely well thought out in what they want to put out on shelves. They are rooted in history and hold close their ties to Grover Cleveland and the Bottle In Bond Act. Do not let a few unique whiskeys deter you, this bottle in bond 4 and 7 year are great!
