Tonight Pop Art Painter Jamie Roxx (www.JamieRoxx.us) welcomes Nick Starr Duarte (Guitar/Vocals) and Amy Morgan (Cello) from the Alternative Rock Post Paradise to the show.

www.postparadiserock.com

Fusing their unique sound from several different genres and sources of inspiration, Post Paradise delivers an alternative, indie-rock sound that is distinct and memorable. With the classical flair of Amy Morgan’s work on the cello and Nick Duarte’s signature vocals and edgy riffs, the two become the cornerstone of the quartet, further enhanced by Mark Roshon on drums and percussion, and Chris Santolla on bass guitar. Together, the foursome creates a fresh and unique sound that is unparalleled.

The Magic Lightning Boys (rock, blues, funk)

www.magiclightninboys.com

If nothing else, you have to give props to the The Magic Lightnin' Boys for one thing; they have been able to make a nod to the past sound fresh and modern. Their combination of hard rock and blues should sound similar to other bands who have tried (and failed) to make this sound appealing to a generation who has heard it all, but it doesn't. Not only does it retain a keen sense of identity at all times, it also serves as the perfect springboard for the new foursome out of Ohio.

http://www.pledgemusic.com/projects/ashleymatte

Ashley Matte will be discusing her crowdfunding campaign for her new album.

Ashley’s humor, grace, and connection to fans are evident at every show. Ashley’s music is greatly poetic and is inspired by the soulful influence of her Southern roots. Her lyrics are deeply personal yet fused with meaning for the audience. While listening to a song, one cannot help but wonder whether Ashley has penned the lyrics to a bit of ones own history. Nashville tradition, coffeehouse intimacy, and intricate guitar riffs are all trademarks of Ashley Matte. Anyone who loves a passionate voice and converging musical influences will be instantly pleased.
