Kati Rausch is a German girl from Finland. She is an actress, stand-up comedian and music TV host. She grew up in a VW bus on the journey through Europe, because her parents were hippies, before they became civil servants. Her father was a guitar player, who became a teacher in the later years. She spent the main part of her childhood in Paris and in different small cities in Northern Germany. Due to this past she is fluent in German, English, Finnish, Danish and French. Kati Rausch studied film science and theology in Germany, and wrote her thesis about Lars von Trier. After graduating from a drama school in Cologne, she appeared as a lead on some short films and music videos, before she landed her first leading roles in major productions, and got her own prime time show on National TV in Finland.

Izzie’s Caravan is a blues-rock outfit with an international flair, that can trace its roots directly to Dire Straits’ massive hit, “Money For Nothing.” Guitar and vocalist, simply named, “Izzie” recalls: “Those powerful drums followed by that insane guitar riff had such a profound effect on me, after that, I always knew that guitar would have some part to play in my life.”  

In December of 2019, Izzie’s Caravan released the EP, Leo’s Guitar, followed by the February 2020 EP, Zephyrs. Izzie’s next EP, titled On The Pull  is scheduled for June 17, 2020 release with MTS Records.

Annie Stela,  L.A.-based singer, songwriter and mother, released a new track, “ Weight Of Life,” May 8, with an accompanying music video. The song is from her fourth EP ,  Joy,  out TBD. 

The music video for “ Weight Of Life ” was directed by  Caitlin Fowler  and produced by  Gus Black. Lyrically, the song is Stela’s frank confession of fear over being swallowed up by motherhood, and a detailed account of getting to the other side. A punch in the gut written over lullaby chords, “Weight of Life” is the first song in a collection that tells the truth about being a mother in all its terror and all its beauty.
