Jamison Kay (aka Jimmi) is the perfect example of "don't judge book by its cover". I myself was shocked during our conversation that her mindset is far better than some of the experienced trainers and athletes. Her passion towards the fitness industry says a lot about her personality, and she is going with everyday activities to keep this passion live for a long time.
