This is my first podcast ever 2020 has been a crazy year and as we step into 2021 with our experiences I’m going to have some fun with a podcast. I’m not going to take this seriously I’m just going to use it  like a weekly  journal.

I need to get in the practice of promoting things that I believe in as well as raising awareness around important issues and spreading positive vibrations to help uplift humanity.
