Jan and Steve share their story about Jan's healing from OCD (Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder).

Now, I'm sure you've used the term OCD in your conversations before - I'm a person who likes neatness and order, and I've often joked about having OCD. After listening to Jan and Steve's story, I won't be joking anymore.

It's a terribly debilitating disorder, and their story is so moving...you might shed a tear as you listen (I did).

Just a quick note that this episode includes a lot of discussion about mental ill-health, including suicide, so if this is a trigger for you, you might need to listen to this one at another time.
