Today I speak to Jana Wilson about her new book Wise Little One, coming out on her grandson's 7th birthday this year, 12th July 2023.  Jana talks to us about her traumatic childhood, and the connection she developed with her own inner child as a way to understand and survive her experiences.  At twelve she had an out of body experience, and subsequently developed a very different perspective on life. Jana is able to experience that same feeling and connection to Spirit every day through her meditation. Jana went on to study with many great teachers including Deepak Chopra and Brian Weiss, and has developed her own intensive Emotional Healing System which she teaches in her home in Santa Fe.
