A while back I decided to only consume content that add value to my life. Content that educates, inspires , motivates me to perform my everyday tasks very well!. This podcast delves into why and how I did this!

That is a lie from that place under which is NOT Australia. This video started off as a rant about that offensive scale. However morphed into a failure discussion. Once u know me u know I don't plan these things it just happens. I hope u find information and laugher that fuels your soul here

A reflective heartfelt moment! Here I tell a story which is a memory of my exposure to my Methodist Church in SVG. I share the impact it had and still do. I share fun memories in at times some standard English , some green verbs that make an English major cringe and ofcourse in our native language of vincy dialect .I reflect on the major leadership who molded and inspired not only me but my peers. I also thank my church for its contribution to my life.

My podcast is a form of therapy for me. Prior to finding out about this platform I had and still do , have conversations with myself in my mind and verbally. That is a daily occurrence. Sometimes I be giving speeches in my shower or in my room. While getting dressed. I visualized my future speaking engagements etc. I talk through a challenge. I dream build. I just talk to me alot. It helps me. It motivates me. It inspires me. So I kinda had a podcast long before I had a podcast. Now I am just pressing play and recording something I was doing for years. So whether or not Anchor was created I was gonna do a podcast today. However today I am happy Anchor exist so I can have my podcast recorded so others can benefit
