Mitte der 90er Jahre, als die Acid-House-Bewegung richtig an Fahrt aufnahm, kam Janter durch seinen Freund Treehouse erstmals mit dieser Musikrichtung in Berührung.
Dies war der Startschuss... Niemand hätte nur ansatzweise ahnen können, das Janter schon beim ersten Kontakt völlig abhängig von
der schlimmsten Droge der Welt werden sollte.
Die schwarze Pille mit der Rille! Aus Konsum wurde Sammelleidenschaft.
Beeinflusst von House und Techno, sog er alles in sich auf, was er in die Finger bekommen konnte.
Geprägt von Größen der alten Schule wie Huckaby, Baxter, Pooley, Sneak und Hood – entwickelte er eine ausgeprägte Vorliebe für eine vielseitige Mischung aus Groove, Soul und Underground-Sounds.
Genau das spiegelt sich in seinen Tracks und Sets wider.
Im Jahr 2019 gründete Janter das kleine digitale Label "wir hören records,"
2024 kam seine Street und Clubwear Klamotte hinzu.

In the mid-90s, as the acid house movement was really gaining momentum, Janter first encountered this style of music through his friend Treehouse.
This also marked the beginning of his passionate record collecting. Influenced by house and techno, he absorbed everything he could get his hands on.
Shaped by "old school" greats—such as Huckaby, Baxter, Pooley, Sneak, and Hood—he developed a strong preference for a diverse blend of groove, soul, and underground sounds.
This is precisely what comes through in his tracks and sets.
In 2019, Janter founded the small digital label "wir hören records,"
and in 2024, he added his small streetwear and clubwear brand,
"janter and friends."
