“Noah” • Hebrews 11:7 – Elder Bryce Lowrance. Continuing to look at the Old Testament saints who walked by faith in fellowship with God, Elder Bryce considers Noah. As our Savior told us, the latter days before His return will be a lot like the days of Noah. We have been given a promise of the Lord’s return even though the world doesn’t believe it and visible evidence shows no signs of His coming. So, just as Noah walked with God by faith trusting solely in His word, we should do the same.

“When David Didn’t Walk by Faith” • 1st Samuel 27-29 – Brother Jonah Lowrance. David was a man after God’s own heart but that did not make him an automaton controlled by God. He was still a man that had the ability to walk by faith or not. In these chapters, Brother Jonah shows us the resulting disaster in David’s life when he chose to walk by his own will and not by the faith that God had given him. His league that he made with the Philistines led to further lies and deceptions. But most importantly, David learned that walking without faith leads to continual insecurity.
