- 2024 Emergency Biologics and Antidote Survey Health systems are encouraged to complete the survey to inform the upcoming directory! Sasha Kaiser, Associate Medical Director for the Washington Poison Center will share about WPC and how the directory is used.
- Paxlovid EUA Changes After March 8th, the EUA labeled Paxlovid will no longer be authorized. There will still be an EUA to permit Paxlovid in 12-18 year old who are at increased risk. Brien Aguilar, the Medical Countermeasures PM in the Department of Health office of Medical Logistics will highlight these changes.
- The 1st WSPA Legislative Day and Hearing on Expanded Prescribing Authority Bill for Pharmacists - HB 2116 was a success! Dedi Little, WSPA Director of Government Affairs will review the Legislative Day and Hearing, as well as the PBM bill's progress. WSPA maintains a Bill Tracker with the bills we are watching.
