Leaders of the Group of Seven advanced economies have been meeting in Hiroshima, Japan. They've agreed to step up sanctions on Russian exports, including industrial machinery, tools, and other technology that Moscow is using to wage war in Ukraine. Meanwhile, stocks in Tokyo reached their highest levels in three decades, after the latest GDP figures showed the world's third-largest economy had emerged from recession.
