Jasmuheen is an Australian guru who became popular in the 90s for her belief system that you don’t need food to survive, only energy. She claims she hasn’t eaten food or drank water in years. The scientific community dismissed her beliefs as pseudoscience, but she has made a fortune from lectures and books about the wonders of "living on light.” She agreed to be monitored for a week without food or water for 60 Minutes, and it did not go well. Also, at least six people have died following her teachings.
