I won a dinner with Joel Bess. Joel used to be a palm reader. He loves life. His mood is beyond playful. "Fold a piece of paper twice," he tells me, "and I will give you a map to your dreams." I'm hooked. "Write down where you are in your life on one side, and then write down where you want to be in your life in ten years from now on the other side. Now, open up the paper...That blank part is how you're going to get there."
With everyone seated, his family and guests, before we started eating, he charmed everyone into doing his ritual to speak about something you're grateful for.
I invited a woman to join us that I met in an open-mic at Venice Beach. She lives off-the-grid. No phone. No internet footprint. She brings out unique diamonds from Louis. He fights her on whether America is a beautiful country.
Louis tells us about getting himself out of prison because the government's wire taps on him were illegal. He's now a millionaire CEO.
Louis also tried importing PPE during Covid, which went horribly wrong. Available on my Youtube Channel: Jason Ingber.
I speak with Rabbi Dunner about his journey from London to Los Angeles, becoming a Rabbi in Beverly Hills and pop culture.
Josh Denny is a huge comic on Twitter that had the #1 show on the food network with millions of viewers. They fired him over a tweet. He sued. Hear the story.

Alene Anello started a non-profit to sue abusive chicken farmers. Over 9 billion U.S. chickens are slaughtered in horrific conditions every year for human consumption. I ask Alene, why help chickens over humans? Who's funding you? What's your strategy? Alene inspired me with her answers.
Available on my Jason Ingber Youtube channel.
