“This is a tragedy, but it’s not a crime.” This quote is from Captain Jeff Ferry, the lead investigator searching for missing Texas college student, Jason Landry. Jason, a student at Texas State University, left his apartment late in the evening on December 13, 2020, to return home to Missouri City, Texas for a quick visit. But Jason never made it home.

Shortly after midnight, his car was found crashed and abandoned on a desolate road near Luling, a small town only about 30 minutes away from where he started. While Jason was nowhere to be found, he left several disturbing items behind. After two years with no sign of Jason, the Landry family is questioning the investigation and wondering more and more if this tragic ‘accident’ was actually foul play.
