On the Friday edition of the Grant Napear Show with Doug Christie, Jason Ross fills in for Grant who hosted the Morning Show for his annual appearance on The Drive. Listen as J Ross and DC talk the rookie qb's in the NFL who made their debut last night in the first week of preseason games, as well as talk a little Oakland A's who won again in Chicago in a rare Friday day game.

The fellas talk to the "ProFootballDoc" David Chao about all the latest injuries around the NFL, including Antonio Brown's feet, Nick Bosa's high ankle sprain and if Andrew Luck's calf will hold him out of any regular season games. Also NBC Sports James Ham jumped on in the latter part of the year to give reports on the Kings players at Team USA's practices.

A few notable names on the local NFL teams didn't have a good 48 hours when it came to injuries. 49'ers first round pick Nick Bosa suffered a high ankle sprain and is expected to miss the rest of the presason and maybe a few regular season games while Raiders G Gabe Jackson was carted off the practice field at practice. Plus "The Voice" of the Dallas Cowboys Brad Sham jumped on the show in hour one to preview the season for the Cowboys.

In hour two of the show the previews around the NFL continues with friend of the show John McMullen of ESPN radio talking the Eagles season preview.
