We often pay a high price to get into ministry, only to find that the costs of ministry can cause our calling to run out and make us want to quit. In this podcast, I explore why that takes place, and how we might enter into a new understanding and practice. One that can help us process all that assails us in ministry, and that leads to the renewal of our calling instead.

With the ferment around Brexit, Extinction Rebellion and Donald Trump we can think the world has gone mad become overwhelmed. This talk offers some perspective and something from the bible on how to navigate whatever the world becomes and throws our way.

How might we better understand the relationship between doing and being as leaders? And in such a way that we are finally able to order our activity in ways that don't undermine who we are.
