In this second episode on Riverview's Vision, Phil and Jason explore the Values of Riverview Adventist Church.

We live our faith by being:

Faithful in character and commitment

Authentic in relationships and worship

Inclusive and welcoming to all

Together in fellowship and service

Heart-driven to love and generosity

In this first episode on Riverview's Vision, Phil and Jason unpack who we are, why we exist, and what we’re called to do. Drawing from Scripture and the life of Jesus, we explore what it means to be Christ’s hands, feet, and heart in the Tri-Cities: serving others, sharing the gospel, and loving deeply. This conversation sets the foundation for Riverview’s mission to be disciples who build relationships, share Christ's love and celebrate transformed lives—with a simple motto: I Follow Jesus!

In this episode, Phil and Jason explore the Adventist understanding of the Millennium, the final end of sin, and God’s promise of a New Earth. Together they reflect on how these teachings offer hope, clarity, and assurance that evil will not last forever—and that God’s plan ultimately restores all things.

In this episode, Phil and Jason talk through the Adventist understanding of the Second Coming and the Resurrection—grounded in Scripture, rich in hope, and deeply practical for life today.

Phil and Jason tackle a doctrine that often raises eyebrows in evangelical circles—the investigative judgment. Together, they unpack why the heavenly sanctuary and Christ’s ongoing ministry as our High Priest isn’t just an Adventist idea, but a deeply biblical picture of a loving, trustworthy God at work before the Second Coming.

In this episode of Riverview Conversations, Phil and Jason discuss the Seventh-day Adventist view of Christian behavior and stewardship—how following Jesus shapes our daily choices and calls us to care faithfully for our time, bodies, resources, and influence, all in response to God’s grace.
