Having thought I'd finished UPWARDS COMMUNICATION with part 2 I came to realise UPWARDS COMMUNICATIONS won't work if people don't feel included. Yep, so obvious I missed it. This third part covers Diversity, Inclusion and Safety. Because you can't expect people to feel included if they don't feel safe. It also touches on Power which will be fully covered in the next session, part 4, of COMMUNICATIONS UPWARDS.
I have always said UPWARDS COMMUNICATIN is more important than anything else when it comes to Leadership Conduct and Culture. And needing four sessions to cover it pretty much confirms that.
There are six chapters in the conduct risk dashboard ... this adds to chapter 5 ... COMMUNICATION UPWARD.
