Enter the stage Jax and Greta, JOY 94.9’s new Monday Drive show crew – an outrageous duo set to discuss the more factual aspects of everyday life and then some!

To peel back the veil on gay life in Iran, we spoke with Hossein Alizadeh – Middle East and North Africa Program Coordinator for the International Gay and Lesbian Human Rights Commission. The Commission has just released a collection of articles that offer innovative and provocative approaches to advance acceptance and improve understanding of the LGBT community in Iran.

The Purple Bombers are the LGBTI fan base of the Essendon Football Club.  Their pre-match event held on Saturday 15 August 2015 at Etihad Stadium, marks the first officially sanctioned Pride Event to be conducted during the AFL Premiership Season. Dean Beck was there to capture this landmark occasion exclusively for JOY 94.9!
