We were celebrating the settlement of the House (Hubbard/Cater) Case with the members institutions of The NCAA, The NCAA and plaintiffs of the cases. Paying past for lost NIL and bringing revenue sharing to todays athletes. Well, The judge is wanting better language on NIL/Collectives being kept. The schools want to bring it in house and the Judge doesn't see that way. If the NIL language is clear up the Judge may deny the settlement.
