On #ThePlenary today, Ponsah Fanap asked the publisher of Reality Newspaper, Valentine Adese questions about the same issues in the National Assembly as well as Buhari's thirst for foreign loan to finance a bogus budget without much impact on the Nigerian people.

Mr Adese said, Nigeria can't go out of recession by borrowing and not utilizing the funds. He also said that, the essence for power is for the people.

The Chairman of the Plateau state chapter of the Nigeria Bar Association, Bawa Yakubu, Esq joined Zoe in the conversation to discuss the way forward. Mr Yakubu stated that the life of one Nigeria but we are yet to reach that level of development and nationhood. 

He emphasized that the governance architecture of Nigeria must be restructured and that decentralization of power is an evidence of true federalism. 

Mr Yakubu also said that the deliverance of Nigeria lies in the truth.

Prof. Zachary Gundu joined this evening's #LetsTalk with Ponsah Fanap and Opeyemi Akinyode to discuss the state of the Nation and how to better grapple with the challenges that are faced by Nigeria. 

According to Prof Gundu, the #EndSARS protest is a wakeup call to all Nigerians, and anyone that feels the protest has ended is a joker. 

In another remarks, he said Nigerians won't trust the Judicial Panel of Enquiry due to the past experiences we've had in the country.

#LetsTalk with Zoe Machunga explored the regulation of social media in the democratic and political journey of Nigeria. 

Santos Larab, an independent researcher joined Zoe in the conversation. Mr Larab said, integrity is a mark of leadership and anyone who cannot tell truth to those in power irrespective of his/her social status has lost relevance in society. He also lamented about the state of the rule of law in Nigeria. Mr Larab said, In Nigeria, a few people are above the law and most people are under the law.

To wrap up this week's #NigeriaAtSunset with Ponsah Fanap & Opeyemi Akinyode, we explored the aftermath of the suspension of the #EndSARS Protest; The Winners and The Losers as well as the outburst that followed Hon Desmond Elliot's comment on the regulation of social media. 

David Joseph Umar joined Opeyemi in the conversation. According to Mr Umar, the #ENDSars protest is a commendable exercise. In his opinion, he said that it's okay to regulate the social media; since the regulation is not a total ban but an effort to curb chaos.
