In this special 2 hour episode, Chad Vice and Kevin Matthews take the whole episode to explore Black Sabbath's 1987 album, 'The Eternal Idol'. Idol is the Sabbath's 13th studio album, released on November 1, 1987 (UK) and December 8, 1987 (USA). It is the first Black Sabbath album to feature vocalist Tony Martin and it spent six weeks on the Billboard 200 chart, peaking at 168. Vice and Matthews are playing the full album front to back plus some bonus cuts that are important to this era of the band, and of course, adding their input/geeking out on their love of the album, sprinkled with some facts about this tumultuous era of the legendary Sabbath's career at this point. Seatbelts on - you're in for a long and winding rock ride!
