    Two jazz quartets at the Celebration of the Drum opening the Ballard Jazz Festival last month will be featured this week on Jazz Northwest.     Two of Seattle's best improvising jazz musicians teamed up for the May Art of Jazz concert at The Seattle Art Museum.
