When you are really cookin' - Branford Marsalis' transcription
Hi everyone,
For this episode, I have transcribed Branford Marsalis playing on the famous standard Struttin' with some barbecue.
The solo is outstanding for its combination of traditional and bebop language. Branford has a superb tone on soprano, a supersolid time, and a very simple, straightforward way of thinking.

On this episode of the Jazz Transcription Clinic Podcast, after receiving some harsh comments on a previous episode about something that I supposedly wrongly transcribed, I decided to make a short video where I explain (once again) what is The Compromise that we need to accept when we transcribe.
