Tonight’s Twin Cities Weekend focuses on a Thursday thing. But to the swing dancers at the Wabasha Caves in Saint Paul, Thursday is part of the Weekend. This Thursday the music is provided by The Moonlight Serenaders. Phil Nusbaum talked to Linda Ness about the group.
