I just ran across some information and I figured if this reaches somebody somewhere who might need the first initial push into finding the research on how to begin the healing process of Acne.. I’m not licensed doctor or anything like that but I do believe in educating yourself always.. and for myself personally, I know what simply changing your diet can do for you and in taking the proper amount of vitamins, nutrients, && herbs are important.. it fuels the body, it’s needed.. @nicajae on instagram

I know i mentioned it being episode 2, but this is technically "officially" my first video bc i deleted the other two, they were just practice.
