Stig Asmussen, the director of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order and its upcoming sequel, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, has revealed in an interview with IGN that he has always envisioned Cal Kestis’ story as a trilogy. Asmussen’s revelation suggests that a third game in the series might be in the works, provided Jedi: Survivor does well.

According to Asmussen, discussions regarding Jedi: Survivor began before Jedi: Fallen Order was even released, with his team already considering the possibility of a sequel. “We were already talking about the second game,” Asmussen said in the interview. “I mean, frankly, we were talking beyond.”
