Jeff Grant's Evolving Podcast

On the 2nd of the solo episodes featuring the Tastemakers guys(see previous episodes), self-proclaimed "Office Head" Ronald Allison came by the studio to dish about his all time favorite show, NBC's cult favorite The Office (US). That's what she said, right? Ha ha ha.

Cole Watkins from the Tastemakers episodes came by to discuss a strange movie he is fascinated by, The Man From Earth (you can watch it on Amazon Prime). I was unfamiliar with this one but I watched it and we discussed its merits here. It's essentially about a college professor who is leaving town and decides to tell his colleagues that he's been alive for a VERY long time.

This one is kind of 2 episodes in one. After discussing the movie we moved onto other topics and it got pretty free-ranging from there. The 2nd part starts at about 51:15 if you'd just like to listen to that part.

I'm hoping to do more episodes like this with the Tastemakers guys where we focus on one topic and have a longer discussion about it.

This episode of the podcast is straight up just an album I made in the summer of 2018 called Plight of the Frankentweens. No talking, just songs. The artwork is by my cousin Savanna White. These are the songs:

1) Do Not Disturb

2) Poem on Fire

3) Automatic Doom

4) Gray is in Our Blood

5) Ghost of a Daisy Wheel

6) Tweeting @ Tokyo

7) Gag Order

8) Kid's Pissed

9) Don't Be a Stranger

10) Didn't Barf

11) Secret Song

After some time away, Jeff returns to the podcast to read some listener mail and play some songs (his own plus some recent favorites). The original version of this episode was removed from SoundCloud due to copyright infringement, so in this updated version the songs have been taken out and a computer voice says what song was played. Does that make sense?
