This episode's kindness challenge: Look into joining a community or redoubling your commitment to a community you already belong to. As Jeff found community in a group of men doing challenging workouts, rain or shine, perhaps your community is more spiritual, or it's a political organization, a charitable one, or perhaps one focused on fun activities such as knitting, playing board games, or looking for treasures in the wild, like geocaching. By investing in bonding with others who care about similar things, but who might come from very different backgrounds, you expose yourself to different kinds of people and allow yourself to bond outside of your typical communities!
