The media is starting to bail on Biden due to his health and Jeff starts off the show there. 

Kat Simons was a staple of Richmond radio for over 30 years and late Friday we found out she had passed away. This was a shock to all of us as Kat has been such an anchor in the community and touched everyone she came in contact with. Throughout most of the show we remember Kat and emphasize that what matters most is people and how hard it is to say goodbye.

We love you Kat and your sweet smile and pure soul will be missed and may we all love others the way you did.    

During this third hour Jeff continues remembering Kat Simons as well as going over a few news items of the day.

Friday evening we received the terrible news that our friend & colleague Kat Simons had passed away. Kat was an anchor of our community and the people who knew her or met her could immediately tell how genuine she really was. Please take a moment as we remember our friend, Kat Simons.
